The Evian FAE (Federation of Economic Actors/Contributors) was created in 2003 and gathers within the same structure all economic players of the city: shopkeepers, craftsmen, hotel-keepers, cafés and restaurant owners and liberal professions. The FAE is now made up of more than 110 members.

The Evian FAE is committed into a great deal of actions to enable all economic players of the city to :
– win back consumers
– render the city more attractive
– boost the business
– be a partner of the city's projects when these have an impact on the business activity
– show the dynamism of Evian’s private economic players.

Among the projects that were executed thanks to the work of the FAE, in collaboration with the city and her partners :

– New commercial activities: Day of the taste, Christmas activities, Flowers with music, activities around the Evian Golf Masters, fashion shows, sell offs, late-night openings during the summer.

– The promotion of the Evian business through new communication means: Creation of a website, quarterly magazine called Echanges (exchanges) distributed in all the county, realisation of a business guide, poster campaigns.

– The decoration of the shop windows during the activities.

– Become a full partner: the FAE, created thanks to the dynamic preparation of the FISAC file (Fund of intervention for crafts and trade services) is nowadays recognized as one full partner of the community’s projects. An existence also recognized and sustained by consular chambers of Haute-Savoie and by the FEDE 74 (Organisation of Haute-Savoie commercial groups), of which she is a member.
